WATS Team

WATS Team's mission is to become the reference organisation in promoting the values of sports and the culture of non-violence. We are the world's largest team against violence in sports.

We are a Bilbao (Basque Country) based startup company working since 2016 to promote values through sports with our main focus in preventing violence in all sports. Since then, we have trained in human values more than 1,000 coaches, families and people in management positions at their sports clubs. Thanks to them, our message has arrived to more than 12,000 young athletes.

At WATS we have two main lines of action, and in each of them we offer different training programmes: Sport values and non-violence & Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Sport
