I joined Changemaker Lab because i thought it was interesting to work with other people and to have coaches instead of the traditional teacher role. As the program has been running, I have been more and more interested. I had never think of failing as a positive thing before CML, we have been taught that success and perfection is very important, and after this, I know I need some failures to deeply improve myself.CML is very opposite teaching system from the traditional ways in Korea, but I can notice that the country and the world are changing. I think CML is needed in here because although the society, technology and the way of doing things are changing, education is still same
